We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support and engagement with Splacer over the years. It has been a pleasure serving you and being part of your event planning and space short-term rental journey.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close the Splacer's service. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand that it may come as a surprise and be inconvenient for many of you. We deeply appreciate your understanding during this time of transition and are committed to supporting you as we wind down our services.

What This Means for You:

  1. Existing Bookings: All existing bookings scheduled before the 4-Apr-2025 date will proceed as planned. 

  2. Refunds and Cancellations: If you have active bookings scheduled after the 4-Apr-2025 date, you will receive an email with information on refunds and cancellations. Please ensure you check your inbox and follow the instructions provided.
  3. Account Access: You will be able to access your account and manage your bookings until the 4-Apr-2025 date. After this date, all bookings and related services will no longer be available.

  4. Customer Support: Our customer support team will be available until the 30-Apr-2025 date to assist you with any questions or concerns. Please reach out to us at info@splacer.co for assistance.
