Splacer Payment Process
Splacer collaborates with Payoneer, a secure payment system, to handle all financial transactions. As a Splacer vendor, you will receive a link to enter your banking account information when your place goes live on the Splacer platform. If you are a current space owner and have not received this link, please contact our support team for assistance.
Payment Collection and Transfer
When a booking is made, Splacer collects the full amount from the organizer upfront. These funds are held securely until the conclusion of your event. After the event has taken place, the payment will be processed and transferred directly to your Payoneer account within 3-5 business days.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding the event or the payment for the event, the release of the payout may take longer. The funds may be held until the resolution of the dispute. We strive to resolve disputes promptly to ensure timely payments, but please be aware that this process may introduce delays.
